These terms cover your use of the PLAYA DIA online store and any order you place with us. This is a U.S. store. You must be 21 years of age or older to buy alcohol here.

If you are under 21, if we cannot serve your address, or if you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the store.

Accepting these terms

By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may post an updated version on this page. If you keep using the store after a change is posted, you accept the updated terms.

Who may shop

This store is meant for customers in the United States who are 21 or older. Alcohol may be sold and delivered only to people who are legally allowed to buy it in the destination state.

What PLAYA DIA sells

PLAYA DIA offers tequila, including Blanco, and related merchandise such as hats. Photos, descriptions, and prices are here to help you shop. We may correct errors, update details, or limit quantities. A listing is not a promise that an item is in stock or available where you live.

Orders

When you check out, you offer to buy the items at the prices shown, plus any taxes and shipping that apply at checkout. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order if we cannot verify age, cannot ship to the address, payment does not clear, or we believe the order does not follow these terms or the law.

You confirm that the payment method is yours to use and that the information you give us is accurate.

Refunds, if any, follow our Return and refund policy. Tequila and Blanco are sold with no refunds.

Age verification

We may ask for proof of age at checkout, at delivery, or afterward. If we cannot confirm that the buyer and the person receiving alcohol are 21 or older, we may cancel the alcohol portion of the order. Do not ask us to leave a bottle with anyone under 21.

Intellectual property

The PLAYA DIA name, marks, bottle design, photos, copy, and site design belong to PLAYA DIA or our licensors. You may use the store to shop. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content or branding for your own products, ads, or site without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the store useful and orders accurate. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PLAYA DIA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to your use of the site or an order, including lost profits or data. Our responsibility for a given order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Nothing here is meant to take away rights you cannot waive under the law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without using conflict-of-law rules that would point somewhere else. If a dispute has to go to court, the intended venue is the state and federal courts in California, unless a law where you live requires otherwise.
